West Central Iowa Healthcare Foundation offers many ways to participate in our giving program. To the left is link describing the many ways to give and planned giving options.
Recognition for giving begins at the $500 level. Personalized wall plaques are created and displayed on the giving wall located inside the main lobby of the hospital. These plaquess can be used to recognize your donation or in memory or honor of a loved one.
Giving levels are as follows:
Friends $500 to $999
Cornerstone $1,000 to $4,999
Advocates $5,000 to $9,999
Builders $10,000 to $24,999
Leaders $25,000 to $49,999
Benefactors $50,000 to $99,999
Founders $100,000 and above
Donations to our giving program may be made on a pledged basis or through a one time payment. Please contact Dawn Lorenzen at 712-655-3624 for more information.
