Initiatives
The West Central Iowa Healthcare Foundation values any attempts at creating a healthy community and preventing health issues with education and awareness.
The Foundation will periodically sponsor special initiatives as part of our promotion of healthy lifestyles. We are constantly seeking grant opportunities for other health promotion activities.
In the past the Foundation has sponsored several prevention initiatives including:

Education Forums (watch events schedule)
Assiting with the IKM Manning PAUD (Parent's Against Underaged Drinking) Coalition
Health Fair scheduled for October, 2008
